HIAB LAADKRAANGRIJPERS - HERSCHIKKEN, SORTEREN EN COMPACTEREN
De conventionele manier om een bak of grijper aan te drijven is door één of twee cilinders aan een hendel te zetten, waardoor een lineaire beweging verandert in een draaibeweging op de as. Dit is een robuuste en door de jaren heen beproefde methode. Je kan ook een HPX-aandrijving gebruiken. Deze drijft de schalen aan via een spiraalschroef die twee assen aandrijft, waarop de schalen zijn gemonteerd. De HPX-aandrijving heeft veel voordelen. Het is onderhoudsvrij, compact en robuust, en geeft een constante sluitkracht. Het biedt ook de mogelijkheid om verschillende schalen op dezelfde aandrijving te gebruiken, je kan wisselen tussen een nauwe bak en een brede bak, en naar een steengrijper door eenvoudigweg acht bouten los of vast te draaien. Dit is perfect voor een groot aantal verschillende taken uit te voeren in dezelfde week. En natuurlijk, wanneer je huidige schalen uiteindelijk verslijten, hoef je enkel een nieuw paar schalen te bestellen. De HPX-aandrijving zal nog lang blijven.
